Too Good Too Be True Stew- WW?

I am looking for a recipe called "Too Good Too Be TRue Stew" I believe it was an old Weight Watchers recipe.... anyone have it and the nutrional info.... I am thinking a big batch made on the weekend for the lunches throughout the week would be great. Esp since the frigid cold has hit MN! :) Thanks!

  • My friend gave me a GREAT tasting recipe that she got from weight watchers. It's called Too Good To Be True Stew, but it's similar to taco soup. OMG, it is delicious. She said as far as WW, for 1 1/2 c serving, it's only 1 point. For us, it's good because of the protein content in the beans. Here it is:

    1 can northern beans
    1 can black beans
    1 can kidney beans
    1 can tomato sauce
    1 can rotel tomatoes
    1 pack chili mix
    1 pack taco mix
    1 pack ranch dip mix
    2 c. shredded cabbage
    1 pound browned ground turkey

Mix all together and voila. Absolutely delicious!!!
  • YES! Yahoooo... thanks all! I have done both variations and I used to add spicy diced tomatoes just to make it even spicier... love! Thanks!!

It has the nutr. facts on that site and it looks like someone put it into our food tracker.... search "Too good to be true stew"

I just got home with all the fixings..... and I remember that it makes a LOT and you can freeze it too.
