Do you guys use the standard MFP calorie setting or change it to TDEE -20%? There's so much conflicting info everywhere I'm pretty lost!
I've been at MFP 1510 calories for a month now, I am losing steady but I've read a lot of places that I should be at TDEE -20% which would bring me close to 2k!! I'm scared of doing that. Don't want to gain weight.
