Is there any difference?

So, I'll be the first to admit that I have been struggling with my calorie count. Haven't exactly been eating WAY over, but haven't been under very often.
Exercise has been going well, but was a little shocked when I got a new app to find out that my "40min" run was closer to 30, and what I had imagined was 3mi. was actually less than 2.5mi.

So, it's been close to two months and have been hovering around 125. Trying to get to 117. Know I need to make some changes in my eating patterns, but for right now, I'd like some feedback.

Have I made any progress?

    Can't see the pic... but if you have been eating slightly over and your not tuning as far as you though u are probably just eating maintenance calories. Make sure you keep track of your calories burned and your calories in. Give it another month now that you know maybe that's why your not losing.
