A study recently done suggested that women with a .7 waist-to-hip ratio and men with .9 waist-to-hip ratio are the most attractive to the opposite sex. The following website, shows you what yours is! http://www.bmi-calculator.net/waist-to-hip-ratio-calculator/

What's your waist-to-hip ratio? Right now, mine is .77.

    I think when you hit a plateau, it's time to put away the scale and break out the measuring tape. Especially if you work out a lot. That, or measure your stamina/weight lifting progress

    well right now my waist is larger than my hips, so I guess I am out of luck! Good thing I got a great husband who thinks I'm HOT! :love:

    Even when I was younger and much thinner, I always had really narrow hips, but never had any problems attracting men. Of course it could have been the double Ds.
