My question for you all is. When you Log your weight for My Fitness Pal are you recording your morning/lightest weight OR are you logging your evening/heaviest weight ?
My dilema is That i have lost 2lbs
I have not logged any weightloss or gain for a while
I stand at 160lbs morning weight and 162lbs evening weight for the last 2 months
At the moment i am 158 in the morning and 160 at night. -> have i lost or haven't i ??

You've definitely lost weight but as long as your consistent as to when you weigh yourself. My scale at home wasn't working properly or accurately so I weigh myself at night before my workout and use that as my baseline. I know that I weigh less than it shows so as I get closer to my goal weight I'll need to look at weighing in in the morning. Hope that helps, most people here weigh in first thing in the morning for their true weight.0
