The Dreaded Camera...

Earlier this year, I started watching my cholesterol and sugar intake and working out religiously-- I lost 15 lbs and was feeling GREAT!

But between work stress and getting sick for a few weeks over the summer, I've gained 8 of those lbs back without even realizing it. What made me realize it was photographs from a night out with friends where I looked bloated and CHUBBY.

So i decided to get back on track. And as an additional motivational tool, I took before pics where I can really see my "problem areas" and I'm hoping I'll have great after pics soon to show off.

Do any of you use the camera as your big bad motivator?
