body bugg burn question

I just started wearing a body bugg for the first time since starting MFP (I used it in the past, but haven't for awhile). I found that on a normal day at work, with just walking around the office and maybe to the store down the street, I burn 200-300 more calories during the day than MFP calculates based on my body parameters. I work in a sedentary job, sitting at a desk, so I have my activity level set to sedentary. Does this make sense or is body bugg probably off by that many calories? I've been losing pretty steadily 1 pound a week, so I would assume I'm right around a 500 calorie deficit, but I'm within 7 pounds of my goal weight, which is on the low side of the height/weight chart, so I'm not sure if my weight loss should be slowing down. Does anyone who's used the body bugg have any thoughts? Thank you!!
