Plateauing

Well I was stuck in a plateau for around 6 weeks, staying at the same weight.
I dramatically increased my exercise from what I was doing before, basically just dieting and a little cardio here and there to aiming to burn 800 cals per day, and suddenly dropped half a stone (7 pounds) in the space of a few days.

Has anyone else experienced this, and is it normal?

My diary is closed, but I don't think viewing my diary is necessary for this question. I have a healthy well balanced diet (when I can stay away from the chocolate!) and drink plenty of fluids.

Thanks guys!

I don`t think losing 1/2 stone in a few days is normal?

But there could be a lot of factors.

that is your weight/what you eat/how much exercise you do/water weight/bowel movements

I am not asking you to expose your diary, as you will get slated by people, it just happens even if your diary is good lol! It is your choice?

So can not give you a more constructive answer!

Not lately but in the past, my plateau was when I started doing resistance and then had to suddenly stop for a broken arm. All the water flushed and I lost a lot for a short time.
