Great NSV - 70bls lost and 3 Mile 13year overdue walk!!!

I just walked 3 miles straight, which I haven't or have not been able to do since 1999!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This is a true NSV for me and a continued motivator for me at I also hit the 70lbs lost mark, 35lbs before and 35lbs since MFP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
