How to space out your calories?

What is the best way to maximize weight loss and minimize hunger?

    This would boil down to personal preference. No specific meal pattern will be arbitrarily superior so I'd go with whatever makes you the most satisfied.

    try protein and 2 glasses of water at every meal, it works for me. I also eat 4 smaller meals a day

    for hunger, trial and error

    for weight loss, doesn't matter

    The only reason I can see that someone would have to limit their food by hours is if they're diabetic.
    I have to watch how many carbs, when I eat them, what I'm eating them with, ect.

    I eat two small meals early in the day and one large one about four hours before bed. Definitely protein and fat is the key to satiety. My last meal is protein heavy.

    I eat 5 times a day and try to finish eating by 7pm. Then again, I wake up at like 5am.

    I think it is whatever works for your body though. That's just my personal preference.
