Hi guys, I've got the cardio down for now, looking to add some strength training into my routine. Just simple things to start out with for a few weeks, don't have a gym membership any longer and I have some light weights. Any help would be greatly appreciated!!!
Thank you! :flowerforyou:

Push ups (modified or proper) for upper body.
Sit ups.
Lunges and Squats for lower body.
The most basic of exercises but something you can do.
You can use your weights to do things like arm curls and the like.0 -

You can also check out About.com. If you do a little search they have a variety of cardio and strength training workouts and if you sign up (it's free) for their 12 week program they will email you the cardio and strength routine for the week. You can't beat free!0
