Hey, so I honestly don't mean to be making a stupid post or anything I have a genuine concern about what I ate today. So, I was doing pretty good staying under my calorie limit (Oatmeal/cereal in the morning, panera salad later on, and a stuffed pepper = 1200) but then I kinda started binging. I had two very large golden delicious apples, an entire pomegranate, a plum, and about 15/20 leaves of raw cabbage (weird combo, I know). Altogether came out to 1800 calories, I feel SO full and SO gross and I still have to work out tonight :/. Is this going to throw off my diet too much? My fiber for today is through the roof (50g) so should a lot of it end up just flushing out of my body?

Thanks for any help!

    Heya,

It won't throw off your diet too much, don't worry. Especially if you're going to work out anyway, you should already be eating more.

I have to say though, the food you said you ate today sounds boooorrriiing. You know you can eat more than that and still be at 1200 calories, right?? I only eat 1200 a day and I feel full all the time.

Good luck! Tomorrow is a new day.
  • Hey don't worry about it. I binge on fruits and veggies all the time! It is better to binge on them than sweets any day. I eat almost 2000 cals a day. I think 1200 is way to little, I would never be able to feel full off of that, but that could be just me. lol I hope everything is going good for you!

Try not to eat too much on the fruits, alot of natural sugars are good. But what you ate is beter than a bag of chips for sure! lol

I actually was a binger and I used to binge ALL the time- Fruits were one of them.

I binged once on bananas and dates. I ended up throwing up. (I didn't make myself throwup. It just came up)

The next time I just had an enormous raw food plate..I didn't binge but came darn near close. I was bloated for days(my body was not used to the fiber)

Sure it's veggies and fruit but anything in excess isn't good.

Now when I was pregnant all I could eat were apples because that's the only thing that stayed down.. I'd eat a bag a day. But that wasn't binging. I would spread it out over a day. I got used to fiber during that pregnancy!
