Newbie to MFP

Well I have been hanging a round for a couple of weeks. I had gastric bypass August 16, 2012. At my highest (a year ago) I weighed 306. Pre-op weight was 258 and today I am 229. Exercise is still hard for me.

I think exercise can be hard for anyone, even those who like it!!! Have to stay motivated and set small goals along to the way to keep things interesting :-) Biggest thing is to not tell yourself you don't like exercising or it's hard or it hurts, cause it's supposed to to a certain point ;-) LOL CONGRATS on your loss so far that is very awesome!!! Keep your chin up and remember it's only going to be hard if YOU let it be!! Add me as a friend if you would like, always like to give a encouraging word along the way!!!!0
