do i go up to 1500 calories a day ?

im suppose to be eating 1500 calories . when i was eating that much i lost apporx 1 pound a week . i cut back to 11-12 and ended up losing 1.5 - 3 pounds per week . i think i hit a plateau , so would i go down to 900 or back up to 1500 . (p.s over the summer i was eating 11-1200 calories and working out 1 time a day for 30 minutes . now i work out 2 - 3 times a day 30 minutes each)

    I think you should go back up to 1500 calories a day. Also watch the type of food you are eating...

    This. I was exhausted and cranky at 1300 so upped to 1500 and am still slowly losing

    up, but go slow, increase by 100 cals a day till you are there

    In all likelihood at 1100 you'd be shedding lean body mass, heck maybe even at 1500. I'd stick to 1500 for as long as humanly possible. Heck I'd even eat at maintenance and drop cals by working out...

    Dude - you need more calories! The "bare minimum standard" for females is 1200 (and probably isn't even enough for most women) - you're a guy, and you're working out - gotta fuel those workouts! I would bet that 1500 isn't even enough - do you know your BMR?
