hi
Have dropped from 101kg to 91.6kg over 8 weeks. In the last week the drop has slowed to 200gms. Better something than nothing, just hope I can keep up the momentum as I want to get down to 80kg. Finding I'm feeling so much better and less tired by reducing the amount of sugar in my diet via drinks and cakes, don't miss them after a while.

most people think you constantly drop weight. i usually hit a plateau at every 15-20lbs. sometimes you lose fast other months barely anything.0

Yeah man...The closer I get to my goal weight, the harder it is to lose weight. There were several weeks I lost three pounds - without even really trying....now, I'm lucky if I maintain, or lose 1/2 pound a week. Hopefully my body will adjust, so i can eat like I am accustomed to.0
