Constantly worried about gaining it back

I'm kinda having a rough night at the moment I guess. I seem to have two relationships with food that I've recently acknowledged. One; I want to eat everything in sight, and the second is I can't even bare to look at it, let alone scarf it down. I'm currently on a pretty good route to losing some weight, I've lost 4 pounds already.
However, I feel like with how I am, I'm going to hurt my own success with my bad relationship with food. Every time I look at my waist line I'm disgusted now, yet sometimes I still just want to grab bad food and eat it. Then I feel like if I have something like a tuna sandwich or a slice of pizza, I need to burn off what I just ate immediately. It's like I'm constantly worried about what I'm eating unless it's fruit, does anyone else have any experience with this or tips that can help me out? I'm kinda all alone and need someone to talk to =(

I haven't quite hit my goal weight, but I am concerned I will be able to keep up the regimen required to keep me from being fat, over the long term. There are lots of foods that are really good, that i want to pig out on, like ice cream, McDonald's Fries, pizza, snickers, cookies, etc. I haven't really had too many unplanned episodes of pigging out, but they have happened. I too felt like exercising to burn off the calories, but I never actually did.
I used to have a "cheat day" a week, but as I get closer to my goal weight, this wasn't working anymore, so now I have to space it out to every 2-3 weeks. The cheat day worked really, really well to keep my cravings at bay during the week, but now its not so easy. Grrr.

You have to find food peace. You can't be afraid of food. (: Realize that as long as your consuming your recommended calorie amount and eating mainly healthy food along with exercising, you really shouldn't worry about gaining it back! Weight fluctuates and you know what, everyone has their bad days when it comes to food! Nobody's perfect so don't beat yourself up about cheat days. It's all about finding a balance. I used to be like that where I was afraid of food - I still have those days to this day. But then I realize that with eating clean & exercising, I shouldn't be worried about it! And if you're strength training at all, realize that you will gain pounds, just of muscle instead of fat. (:
