excersize logging

So i dont have one of those calorie counter things. I do zumba though a home, found some videos online. I aim for 30 minutes to an hour. However the database doesnt have a zumba option. And im not entirely sure what to log it under.. Does any one know ?

    Just find something in the database that's a close match, like some form of dancing, or aerobics, etc. Whatever you think matches the best.

    Well sonce i dont have the heart rate calorie counter thing. Ive been putting it under "Dancing, aerobic, ballet or modern, twist" which is one of the options. But theres also "aerobic , general. " and i just wasnt sure which one would be bettter

    You can use the site http://caloriesburnedhq.com/zumba-calories-burned/ to work out your burn & then add a new one to your database. Easier that way.

    It's very accurate as well cause I just put in my average time & intensity & it came out almost spot on.

    I am a Zumba instructor and I always tell my students to either log arobics or general dance for calories burned or you can go to this website and it will estimate your burn based on your weight & age---http://caloriesburnedhq.com/zumba-calories-burned/
