Low fat curry sauce recipe

I love a curry, can any suggest a low fat curry sauce recipe? Also can any tell me how to work out the calorific value of recipes?
Thanks,

Try dry frying some peppers and onions until soft, puree to a smooth paste.

Brown some diced chicken and add the pepper/onion puree.

Throw on a generous amount of curry powder, followed by either a tin of chopped tomatoes or passata.

Cook it down to desired consistency and enjoy.

This can be almost fat free but still taste good :-)

    To work out nutrition...

    Web
    Click on the "Food" Tab
    Then click on Recipes
Click on the "Add recipe" button and enter the ingredients.

Real curry is not high in fat, not to mention there are tons of varieties to choose from. You are better off leaving authentic curry dishes the way they are...

You can often 1/2 the oil in many recipes without much difference - also use a cooking spray or oil mister and non-stick cookware...
