Struggling/confused

I am struggling to stay focused at the moment and also very confused.... why is that after losing 20lbs, I have only lost 3% body fat What am I doing wrong?

How are you measuring your body fat? That does seem a little low, but I'm no expert. Do try not to focus too much on the numers though, and go on actual measurements, how your clothes feel, how YOU feel, your wellbeing, etc. 20lbs is fantastic!! Keep at it, you're doing yourself a lot of good.

I really can not see any difference in myself I'd would of expected to of gone down a size or something, but I haven't....

Well.. then good advice isnt really going to be easy to give. Generally one should look at the last 4-6 weeks of their daily intake to start with. Frequency an intensity of exercise is another thing to consider.
Id be willing to bet its a combination of these two issues....but cant confirm it because you have a locked diary.
