How are you measuring your body fat? That does seem a little low, but I'm no expert. Do try not to focus too much on the numers though, and go on actual measurements, how your clothes feel, how YOU feel, your wellbeing, etc. 20lbs is fantastic!! Keep at it, you're doing yourself a lot of good.

Did you have another MFP account before this one? Extremely difficult to offer advice where your account is brand new and you have no diary open

I really can not see any difference in myself :( I'd would of expected to of gone down a size or something, but I haven't....

No I haven't had another account.... what do you mean by open diary?

If you want advise sometimes people set there diary and exercise settings to open so friends can see what you are eating and exercizing and they can offer tips and advise

You have your food diary locked from view.

Well.. then good advice isnt really going to be easy to give. Generally one should look at the last 4-6 weeks of their daily intake to start with. Frequency an intensity of exercise is another thing to consider.

Id be willing to bet its a combination of these two issues....but cant confirm it because you have a locked diary.

    Good luck to you
