Hi everyone. I am posting this thread to ask how best to monitor my flabby arm transformation. I'm doing a 6 week challenge that's 5 days a week at my gym.
I was wondering should I take pictures? How often? Weekly? Biweekly? I want to see the progress
Also measuring. How often?
Thanks

Not trying to be defeatest but focusing solely on the arms is going to be difficult I think. Your body may not burn fat from your arms first with your diet and spot reducing is really not a possibility. I know there's xyz arguements as to why you can but if you read from professional strength coaches and nutritionists or even physiologists it's really not. I would take measurements around your waist, legs, arms, chest and see how you do that way.
Alright... bring on the "yes you can spot-reduce" arguements. *grabs a bag of popcorn*0
