Birthday Weekend coming up...

So I was wondering: does anyone else "save" calories for the weekend if you KNOW you are going out to eat? I'm not talking about starving yourself for the week but just cut out one or 2 things a day to build up some extra calories..or even work out a little harder to gain some extra calories?!

    I plan ahead, I also know that one day over on my calories is NOT going to ruin anything. Careful choices when eating out can make it easier as well. Enjoy the Birthday and the time spent with family and friends.
