Encouragement needed!!!!!

I didn't loose anything this week - damn!!!! Please don't say "you didn't gain either"!!! It is so frustrating when you measure and weigh EVERYTHING you eat and NO results especially on the 2nd week!!!!!! I guess I will have to start exercising hmmmm that means I'll have to get up at 4:30am to do that!!!!! I REALLY NEED some encourraging words right now....Thanks

  • Exercise really helps get your metabolism going and helps you lose weight. I do the Wii fit every day for 30 minutes and walk when I can. It's hard to fit in exercise, but it does make a difference. Good luck and don't give up! You will lose if you stay focused.

    That sucks!! But if you already have the food part planned out you should add in excercise. It's hard to find time with all the things we have to do but it helps with losing the weight. You got this, you are half way there with controling your portions. If you even start with 20 min a day and work your way up you will see the difference. Come on get to it. You can do it.
