Just started on myfinesspal on Friday and it sure seems like a wonderful program. Very easy to use and so helpful!

Welcome, it is easy to use, which is what attracted me here, just remember to log everything that you eat, including any "cheats", & veggies / fruit etc. That way you will soon spot what is useful to you regarding calories or not, like a pound of fruit versus a pound of sweets0

It works if you do the work. Log every day, every BLT(bite lick and taste) of food.Exercise every day to the best of your ability even is it's 5 minutes at a time at first.Make friends and accept tips.And keep your food diary open to your friends.Good luck!0
