I'm new to posting, this is my first time, I hate introductions and drawing attention to myself which is the reason that I have never posted before, but as I progress through this lifestyle change I like to read about others successes, intros and motivations so I figured I'd let someone read about me.

I started my life change on Super Bowl Sunday February 5, 2012, (great day to turn down chips, dip and hot wings right) I discovered my fitness pal on my iPhone by accident on July 3, 2012 and just started using it and logging everything that I ate minus Bud Light or any other adult beverage I consumed (I cut back from casual drinking throughout the week to one night a week).

Today I am proud of myself because I am back to the weight that I was when I graduated high school, however I am not proud of that weight but all I can do is keep going! Thanks to my motivations and inspirations I have managed to get rid of 44.8 pounds, which is the damage that I have done in 13 years to my body (weight wise) and I will continue on to a much healthier weight. Today is my 105th day of logging and also my birthday which was my first mini goal, to be back to my high school weight by October 7th and I did it!
