    Only one pound? Amateur!

    Had to do a cleanse for colonoscopy, lost 9 pounds.

    Grats on this. Had a 5lb myself here and there. Double flusher they are.

    That's funny. My dad and I have actually discussed this. How do you weigh more after you go? It happens to us all the time. Just don't understand how you "drop" mass and gain weight.

    this is why i don't weigh myself during the week unless i've...done that first thing in the morning. the more empty i am on the inside, the more true my weight is lol

    Then I had to "go"
    I went
    I weighed myself again, 293.2
    Is that possible??? 1.2 pounds for 1 poop?

    Come on. EVERYBODY does this! If you say you don't, you are either lying or not trying to lose a lot of weight. I, myself, have lost 8 pounds in 4 days before when I did a colon cleanse. And I'm not ashamed to admit it. Pooping is awesome. Lol.
