If anyone is interested please add me. I get motivation and food ideas from the friends that I have on here. It really helps when I can see what everyone is eating because sometimes I get stumped on what to eat and occasionally go back to the bad stuff, which causes me to have to exercise more and causes my weight loss to drag on slowly because I am losing the pounds slowly.

    Feel free to add me if you like! I keep an open diary...good and bad! Dont worry about slow loss! Slow and steady wins the race, and any loss is better than none. I try not to stress over the scale too much. I like to realize my success in how I feel and how my clothes are fitting :happy:
