Epic Fail Day 2
Yesterday I just indulged in so much food; today I finally incorporated exercise in my routine... Of course couldn’t resist pizza and breadsticks that was in front of me....But I just made a bet with a couple of my siblings and neighbors, to lose the most weight in a month and keep it off for two months...Fad diets tend to deteriorate within a month...So this is a 3 month bet... I hope this is the fire that needs to be lighted beneath me to kick start this... I find it easier when I am competing with someone, I hope this works.....Healthy Start tomorrow......Does anyone else have days they think they’re just not accomplishing anything? Or is it just me, indulging and regretting as I eat????

Hi, its not that much of a failure as it has given you a three month goal which is very positive, so well done. I would imagine that there are very few of us that are sooo perfect not to have our 'indulgence days'. One hurdle over, how many more to go haha, its fun really!0

Come on we all have to live! Tomorrow is another day so stock up with fruit veg generally good quality food andake room for treats too andd some exercise and give yourself time its all you can do and its not a disaster to have a couple of off days we all do but keep going!0
