Hi!
My name is Bram,25yrs and I just started using MFP as a tool to help me log my food and work towards my goal of losing 30kg (66lbs).
I feel like I'm finally ready to face this journey, I tried losing weight before but that didn't work out cause I think I wasn't really mentally ready to pull through.
Now I've quit smoking 5 weeks ago and started to run 3 times a week at 7am (working towards 5K, eventually I want to run 10K).
I also ride my bike to work daily (around 8K total, 40 minutes) and I'm really (finally) enjoying my daily activity.
15 Days ago I started to use MFP to log my food intake and I've found it really easy to use (both web and iOS). I like to watch what I eat and almost lost 2kg to this day.
I'm now weighing in at 112,7kg, my first goal is to get to 100kg, then 90kg and my final goal is 84kg.
I hope I can find some tips in this community and I'm also willing to share tips and my experience to anyone who's is interested so feel free to add me as a friend! I especially love the BA photos in the success stories area, already took my before pictures so let's get to a good after picture!

Logging all your food intake, every last bit, has been the most helpful thing for me. I lost 10lbs by giving up beer and soda, right off the bat.0
