Exercise of Choice for Sunday - What did you do? Pics?

I went hiking through swamp land in at Myakka State Park! I've even got the wet books and wrinkled map as evidence. Grin.
So, where or what did you guys do today? I thought it would be fun to share and see what else everyone is doing for exercise.

I like yours better than mine:
- 2.5 hours in the kitchen before sitting down to breakfast and a coffee
- an hour in the sun working on my tan
- half-an-hour of weeding
- got the washing in to be sorted and put away later
- an hour washing the car
- another half hour putting mulch on the garden and watering various parts
- nearly another hour in the kitchen then finally sat down to dinner
And that's a rest day!0 -
Forty minutes with my bike on the bike trainer. I used the tougher gears as much as possible to increase my thigh muscles. I was afraid of being late to church if I took the bike outside.0

I walked 4 laps around Kenny's Pond (about 2 miles). No pictures. I met a very cute and shy dachshund.0

I painted my allotment garden shed and turned a compost heap - my arms and core got a good workout!0

I did 50 mins of No More Trouble Zones + 2 sets of 38 squats with bicep curls (3 lb weights) = 59 mins total.
Then I took my kid to the mall and we wandered (aka I made him walk with me!). I bought my first FitBit, the Ultra model (on sale at Brookstone from $99 to $79!) and then we wandered Walmart while he picked out a toy and I perused the workout DVD section.
No pics today.. the only one I took was of me showing off the new smaller sized jeans I tried on! LOL0 -
I'll be hitting the gym with the husband as soon as he wakes up from Sunday afternoon nap.
I'm thinking I'll run/walk for 3 miles, trying to increase my run time, then do an incline workout for 1/2 hour.0 -
50 minutes on my elliptical. longest yet for me. went quick. good music and good conversation thru texting with a friend, exchanging tips and ideas for getting healthier.0

I wish I could have worked out today. Lol. But usually I do kick boxing on Sunday. Followed by a total body strength routine.0

I took a 2 mile nature walk with my two children. We saw a woodpecker, a deer and tons of beautiful trees. It was a lovely time! :happy:0

I went lizard hunting with my kids! lol it consisted of walking up hills. I didn't workout today. I decided to take the day off. I did awesome all week.0
