Thoughts on Spirutein?

I'm recovering from major surgery and a combination of things afterwards has killed my appetite. I've tried forcing myself but just cant. I've had some friends who tried Spirutein but never anyone who was using it while losing weight. I'd appreciate any positive/negative feedback!
