There are foods that I LOVE and are quite healthy(eg. beans, broccoli), but they have an unfortunate effect on me...PFFFFFFFFFFHHHHHHHHHHT! Most of the time I don't care, but I do try to limit my intake if I'm going to be in public, or in an intimate setting....
How bout you guys? What are some of your favorite "love to hate" menu items and tricks tips to counteract or deal with the outcome?
