My girlfriend has recently started to eat healthy with me. Her problem is she really, reallly, realllyyyy doesn't like drinking only water like I do. We are trying to find a drink for her that tastes good and is good for her.
Diet sodas practically cause cancer and a bunch of other stuff, and every drink we find like sobe or something that advertises "0 calories!" has 46 grams of sugar in it (nearly twice my daily limit, JUST IN ONE DRINK!)
Anyone familiar with any low sugar, low calorie drinks that don't taste like butt?
She likes fruit type juices like capri sun, cool-aid, etc.
(also we want something we can buy, and grab out of the fridge fast, we don't want to have to make it ourselves, like a juicer)
Thanks in advance!

At my local walmart in SoCal they sell TOPO CHICO mineral water in glass bottles. I drink these over ice, or i put lime juice on my ice before pouring the mineral water in....its pretty good...to me anyway.0

The lipton tea and honey packets are good. They have pitcher packets or just the small packets you add to a bottle of water. They are very yummy and not high in sugar. I like the mango pineapple. One packet makes 16 oz and it only has 10 calories and 2 grams of sugar.
They are 5 or 6 flavors carried at my local grocery store.
They would be worth a try.
Good luck!0 -
I love Fuze slenderize, but they are pretty strong so I mix them with water, so I get 5 servings out of each bottle. They range from 10-20 calories per 18 oz bottle, so they are very low cal.0

Slicing up fresh fruit and putting in water is tasty. I found one recipe online where you slice up an apple (your choice what kind) and put in a large pitcher of water with a cinnamon stick. 0 calories, and tastes really good! Plus, it's a lot cheaper that buying drinks at the store!0
