Hello everyone.my name is Molly. I am 24 years old and I am getting a masters in special education. I weight 260 pounds and I am getting fed up. I know that I have bad eating habits and I am trying so hard to stop them because I know that I am not healthy, but its just so hard to give up the things I love like sweets! And I knoww that the key is moderation and that you dont really have to give up anything, but I also seem to have a problem with portion control. Like when I buy a box of cookies at the store, I always end up eating the whole box because I cant control myself, and then I try not buying those things when I shop, but then I get really cranky when I am craving sweets and we dont have any (especially during that time of the month) and I end up caving and going to the store to buy a treat. Its so frustrating! I am trying to learn how to enjoy healthy snacks again. I have thought about joining WW- I did it in the past and was successful, but I am a student on a budget so Id rather try to lose weight for free lol. Looking forward to meeting you all!

    this is great for learning portions, i pre enter things before i eat them a lot, then think about it a bit. after a few weeks on here i now have biscuits in the house, that i haven't eaten. just make sure to enter everything (even on a wicked day) to learn from your actions. (the if you keep it up you'll be blah weight in 5 weeks is a real motivator for me :D)
