Ok so I've joined this site as I did try to keep a food diary when I initially started 2 weeks ago, but I decided to use this to help me count calories, count the carbs, fat and protein I eat on a daily basis to make sure that my new healthy diet will work for me. I have already lost 7lbs so far in 2 weeks which is great progress, and even my mum and stepdad say that they can tell I've lost weight!

As for exercise, I joined Curves 2 weeks ago and have been a total of eight times so far, just above the recommended 3 times a week, but I feel so good afterwards that I just want to keep going! I tried Zumba there yesterday and it was fun although very tiring! I think I will try to keep that up as well as going during the week. Anyone else out there who goes to Curves as well?

I guess before as I have tried so many times to lose weight and get fit and healthy, I kind of need support to keep going as when I lose consistency, I fall off the bandwagon and my weight creeps up on me!
