Hey all I am Lisa. I first joined this site as an assignment in a nutrition class I had to take, we had to chart for 3 days our meals and then write a paper on what we need to improve. At first I thought it would be stupid and knew I wasn't eating the best stuff, seeing it on paper and how bad I ate opened my eyes a bit. Then the semester ended and I ended up not caring again. I went to the gym sometimes and felt I was doing OK. Fast forward, 17 months. I moved in with my fiancee, and we had to cut back some spending so I cancelled my gym membership and thought well we have a gym at the apartment (very little weights and like 3 machines) and I will use it all the time. 27 lbs later eating out all the time and not seeing that gym it hit me hard. I had to buy a size up for my jeans and felt awful. I NEVER have been this over weight and hitting 30 didn't help. It doesn't come off like it use too. So I remembered this site and thought I need to change now. Here I am. Trying to get my butt in gear and will need all the help I can get!!!
