Hi my name is Vanessa McInnis. I started my new year resolution in January. My goal was to lose the 16 pounds that I gained. So far I lost 14 pounds! 2 more to go :happy: I want to make a new goal once I reach this one (which I believe will be soon because I am working hard) Anyways...my new goal is to gain some muscle and get more toned. I don't want to look like a body builder I just want to see definition in my body and get more toned. I want a flat tummy!!! I don't want to start this until my first goal is reached. I know people work on different parts of their body each day or whatever. If anyone could give me some feedback or tips what I could do. What exercise machines do to/what body parts I should work on each day/how many reps and so on. Please feel free to add me as a friend or give me some feedback.
