easy and nutritional lunch salad

I have been making myself a really nice salad for lunch at work. I have been lazy about making a salad but it is not difficult.

baby spinach ( in container already to eat )
red onion ( cut into thin slices).
frozen or fresh fruits ( blueberries/strawberries/oranges ) your choice
salad dressing of your choice (simple oil dressings really good)- put on before eating

I just rinse the spinach first, drain it , add ingredients and shake it in a container. I have been using frozen blueberries and by the time I eat it at lunch the juice has come out of the berries and gives the salad a nice flavor.

I might try some goat cheese in it but I want to see how healthy goat cheese is first.

I use feta cheese which I think is pretty good... Its similar to goat, I like it better though...

Thanks for sharing. Sounds yummy. Now I know what to do with the frozen blueberries in the freezer. Just a pinch of Feta would enhance the salad.
