    No soft drinks (luckily my IC keeps this from happening anyway)
    No meat (vegetarian)
    If I want dessert, have it.

    No soda the week before a big run. Other than that, no rules. Everything in moderation. If I miss a workout, I eat less and try to do some extra crunches and push ups at home....but I don't kick myself.
  • If I want a "snack" mid-afternoon (which many days I do at work), I pack "extra" fruits and veggies for lunch, and whatever I don't eat then, those are my snack.

    I'm also trying to not end my day with a carb heavy meal (i.e. not a plate of pasta and bread) or a lot of sugar, because then I sleep better, and the whole next day goes better.

    Mine are

    No soda
    At least eight cups of water a day
    Eat breakfast (never ate breakfast,always ate until 2pm)
    Have snacks
    Eat everything but in moderation
