Hey all

Hi all i'm new to this today, Im Abby, im 21 and i am trying to lose about a stone or more if i can as getting married next year and wit xmas coming up too. My problem is i love the wrong foods, i don't exactly love exercise but have been really pushing myself to do it everyday! A week ago today i thought i was doing brilliantly until i got on the scales and thought oh god this is not good and since i started calorie counting what i thought was good was pretty bad!
I would love to hear and share thoughts
