Rededicating Myself! Week 1 plan

I have decided that in order for me to REALLY stay on track I must commit to my workouts by planning them out early and allowing others to see them. So if i decide i don't want to do a workout others will know I have gotten off track. So here it goes my weekly workout plan.If you have any input please give it to me!!!



Monday October 8

45 minutes of walking Kizer in the morning.

45 minutes of spin class @ REC

Tuesday October 9

30 minutes of biking in the morning

60 minutes of elliptical machine @ REC

Wednesday October 10

45 minutes of walking Kizer in the morning

45 minutes of spin class @ REC

Thursday October 11

30 Minutes of Brazilian Butt Lift Bum Bum Rapido

30 minute jog

30 minutes of walking Kizer in the evening

Friday October 12

REST DAY

Saturday October 13

45 minutes of walking Kizer in the morning

36 minutes of Brazilian Butt Lift Bum Bum

Sunday October 14

45 minutes of walking Kizer

35 minutes of Brazilian Butt Lift Cardio
