Acitivity counters, any good ?

HI,

I'm rubbish ar regulary moving so thought i'd get myself an activity monitor as a way of kicking myself up the backside!

Are they worth it and where in the uk could i get one? I saw one on a fat fighters tv programme tonight and it seemed quite good, just slips around your arm and mearsures everytime you move, showing what you've burn't off ect.

Any thoughts anyone?
