How many carbs should a person have on a low carb day? Also, how many on a high carb day?
Thanks in advance!

On a low-carb day, about 20% of your calories should be from carbohydrates and on a high-carb day, 50% of your calories should be from carbohydrates. On low-carb days, your highest carb meal should be breakfast and then something like an apple or banana after a workout (with some protein too, of course!) Hope this helped0

Anything under 130g of carbs is considered low carb. Anything under 50g of carbs is considered very low carb. Carbs are optional (your body will do just fine without them) so you'd be better off being sure you get all of the fat and protein you need each day first and then letting any medical issues and personal preference determine your carb intake.
Personally, I was aiming to just keep my carbs under a 100g each day but found I do much better with my carbs under 50g a day and I make up the carbs with natural fats. Experiment and see what level of carbs works best for you and try and avoid all of the low carb products out there if you can. Aim for whole foods that are naturally low carb. Good luck.0 -
