Settling

Around 5 months ago, when I started my mission to lose unwanted weight, I came across a post asking: WHY SETTLE if you WANT MORE? Why stop after X amount of pounds if you have a different or bigger goal you'd like to achieve?
At the time, my goal was to lose the 10 pounds I gained over a stressful semester and the winter. I decided to up my goal to lose 20 but soon realized that I really wanted to lose 30. I am glad that I didn't settle for the small goal I had in mind and I have lost 25 pounds so far - more weight than I have ever lost before because this time I really believed that I could do this.
Don't underestimate yourself. You can do it - one pound at a time. Don't settle for anything less than you want to settle for.
