Over indulged

well this weekend I have majorly over indulged! My motivation was flagging last week and now I havnt worked out for 3 days. Dont know why I can't keep motivated! Well im feeling really positive today and im off for a big walk in a bit and I'm going to log EVERYTHING I eat/drink now, clearly that's the best way. I thought I could get away with not logging but no, that's not the case! Lol. Any tips on how u keep going when your motivation is running low?

I ate ....and drank about 4500 calories on Saturday....oops.
An occasional lapse is ok as long as you stay focussed on your goal. There were skinny people there on Saturday who were eating and drinking as much as me.
I don't want to be fat anymore so I remind myself of that and keep going.
Log everything, no cheating and you'll get there . Good luck.0 -
I indulged a little more than I should have last week. Ok a lot more. I was going through a lot in life. I didnt feel like working out. I binged ate for three days. What motivated me to keep going?? I came on MFP and looked at my ticker. I have lost over 50lbs. I am almost half way there. Its easier to pack on the pounds. Harder to keep them off. I knew the more I would eat and gave myself no control, the longer it would take to get back on track and continue my progress.0
