Workour routine

Whats your work out routine?
Do you do DVD workouts, running, ect?

And if you do weights, how many sets and reps do you do of what moves?

Been sick for a week and am now going to stasrt working out harder than ever :)

  • I rotate several exercise DVD's - I have yoga, pilates, kickboxing, Jillian Michaels, The Firm - a really big variety, so I don't get bored. You can watch clips of them on collage video before you buy and it took me some time to build up by collection.

    I get up every morning, have a cup of coffee and pop one in and just do it. Now, it's a routine and it feels wrong if I don't do it, so I don't take "rest" days, I just rotate a lighter one every few days.

    In nice weather, on Sundays, instead of doing a video, I do a 5-10 mile hike. We have great hiking trails were I live. Also, if I have time after work, I take walks. I think it's important to do something outside, weather it's hiking, walking, bike riding, etc. when you can.
