Any Ultra endurance athletes out there?

Is it just me or do Monday morning weight ins piss you off...I have been doing ultra distance sports and racing bikes for about 18 years and I dread Monday's weigh in since I know I will be 4 to 6 lbs heavy due to water retention after a hard effort or race.

    Ehh... Don't weigh in on Mondays? I figured out pretty quickly that weighing in the day after my long run was a bad idea, so now I weight in on Fridays.

    Yeah I should know better after all these years...this weekend was cyclocross racing...of course that means a lot of beer
