Need help with belly pooch lol

OK....so I have been working my a#@ off and I still have a lil belly pooch that will not go away for ANYTHING!!! I run, walk, strength train, crunches, eat 1200 calories, u name it I do it... Any suggestions?? Anyone else feeling this??? I know ya can not spot reduce but dang...lmao

Jiillian Michaels has a reverse crunch exercise. Lift you legs, slightly bent then lift your buttoff the ground. I can barely do ten but definitely feel muscle burning where I didn't even know one existed Hopefully a few weeks of those and we will be pouch free.0

As my body is toning it seem my stomach is not...................my lower body use to be my worse spot, now my stomach. I agree with the quote above. 30 day shred video helps. but not for beginners. low fat diet helps too. Dont look at my diet the last couple of day PMS0 -

Same problem. I do 30 day shred and lots of running. I've lost almost 30 lbs since having a baby 18 months ago and the stomach hasn't shruk much. It is so frustrating!0
