insanity and weight training

interested in having people on my friends list that use the status and messaging parts of this site and do or doing or even thinking of doing the insanity workout and/or weights if this is you please add me :)

i am 26 and finished the insanity challange a month or two ago but still do it so here for advice support or help if anyone needs it i have felt and still feel your pain ;p i am now going to start a gym to do some weight training two or three nights a week (as well as the insanity on other days) so interested to have people i may be able to get advice from there when i need it especially interested in on the go high protine low fat meal ideas.

as desperate as it sounds doing this there is logic, i dont want a large group of freinds that dont talk, arnt interested in the same ideas/goals as me. not a fan of numbers ;p
