So from August - October:

I don't know how many calories I ate each day because I didn't log. I didn't cut out any food group. I ate sensibly, smaller portions and ate 4 - 5x a day. I also had ice cream once, sometimes twice a week and yes, I ate bread, pasta and rice.
I did, however, exercised 30 minutes everyday, even on days when I didn't do a Jillian work out, I would put my baby in the carrier and walk a bit. I was always going upstairs/downstairs with the baby in one hand and a water jug in the other.
So yes, it can be done but my god is it hard work!

I really enjoyed it but maybe another time. I'm going to do her Six Week Six Pack in conjunction with Couch to 5K for the last 6 - 9 weeks. I think I need to up my cardio...

So true. I guess I was hoping for a huge result but I wasn't that dedicated, to be perfectly honest...so I am happy with what I got.0 -
i see a huge change! good for you. I got small results doing 30ds in aug-sept. I am going to start rin30 again TODAY! i will do the same as 30ds and do it till i complete 30 days even if it takes me 2 months,lol. I don't exercise every single day anymore so as long as i get the workout in a few days a week i will be happy.0
