Hello fitness pals, what were 3 great things about last week and 3 things you can improve on? Here are mine:

3 great things about last week:
1) I lost 2 pounds!
2) It was my birthday!
3) I was very good about limiting my soda and sugar intake!

3 things to improve on last week:
1) I did not always record my food intake
2) I did not always sleep 8 hrs a night
3) I only exercised once
